Position Summary:The Ordered Services Associate is responsible for coordinating transportation, facilitating services, and walking patients through enrollments, re-certifications, and form completions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to support patient care needs. This position is hybrid- including both onsite and work-from-home weekly duties. Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma required. 1 year of related experience in health care, home health, or related field. Comfortability working in an environment with high volume of calls and emails. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Microsoft Office Proficient. Key Duties:Assists with Scheduling of patient transportation following UHP Policy and Procedure Submit medical transportation letters on MAS network Process multiple documents daily while ensuring accuracy and staying organized. Assists with scheduling of patient transportation following UHP Policy and Procedure Respond to email and phone calls daily, ensuring timely and clear communication Other related administrative duties as assigned. Compensation: Minimum $18.18 per hour; Maximum $18.18 per hour based on 40 regular hours per week. Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:Applicants must be comfortable working hybrid, based out of The Bronx and have ability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates must be open and available to working hybrid, working 1-2 days onsite and 3-4 days from home (subject to change in the future).
